Helping people is my mission. That’s why I work as a HR business partner at IARFR. I’m a newcomer but with a 10-year experience in HR area in manufacturing. My job is to make sure IARFR is developing its HR policies and practices in accordance with HRS4R guidelines. I’m passionate about organisation culture and customer value creation. In WELCOME2, I’ll be supporting ERA Chair selection process and ensure the selected candidate receives maximum help in the assimilation phase. Significant portion of my efforts will be directed to existing staff of IARFR, especially through trainings in the areas of leadership, hr management, communication, public speaking or compliance. I will be working hand in hand with ERA Chair holder to make IARFR the best place to work, research, grow and flourish.
