Life Science Open Space

Prof. Carsten Carlberg will open the “Foodtech Solutions for Cancer Patients” session during The Life Science Open Space November 22.

The  Life Science Open Space is an event for scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs, doctors, brokers, investors, and officials – who share a commitment and drive for cooperation in solving problems, facing challenges and developing innovations for the health and quality of life. The Foodtech Solutions session will focus on what can we, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, doctors, or regulators, do to make eating an effective anti-cancer weapon and cure (and still enjoy it).

In his keynote speech Carsten will elaborate upon the central role of epigenome(s) in the prevention of cancer by lifestyle changes.
