Arleta Janysz

Arleta Janysz graduated in molecular biology from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Her master’s thesis focused on the qualitative and quantitative assessment of lawson and paraphenylenediamine in products called “henna” using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

She gained valuable experience in microbiological analyses, analysing the quality and purity of medicines and supplements in a pharmaceutical laboratory.

In the WELCOME2 team Arleta will take part in the investigations on the effect of vitamin D and other nutritional compounds on the changes in the epigenome and transcriptome of tissues and cell types of healthy and (pre)diseased individuals.
