Professor Karl-Heinz Herzig | Metabolic syndrome and Vitamin D

The second WELCOME2 open scientific seminar took place on May 30 (Tuesday), at 10:00 AM in the Division of Food Sciences of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The seminar hosted Professor Karl-Heinz Herzig, specialist in internal medicine, gastroenterology and physiology, lecturer at the Medical School of Oulu University in Finland. During the seminar in Olsztyn, he gave a lecture on ‘Metabolic syndrome and Vitamin D – mechanisms, benefits and limitations’.
